Kentuck Day Festival 2021

Description
For years Forest County, Wisconsin has been celebrating Kentuck Day. Held in downtown Crandon, this is a fun-filled event like no other. Featuring a wide variety of music, an assortment of local vendors, and craft-show, this is a celebration of heritage you've got to see to believe.

Time
Setup for vendors starts at 6:30 a.m. and event opens to public at 9 a.m. and will end at 3 p.m. All spaces are approx. 10 ft. x 10 ft in size.

Kentuck Show & Shine + Swap Meet

July 24 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

$10 parking fee

For the first time ever in Forest County, we proudly introduce Kentuck "Show & Shine" for car enthusiasts and the like to gather for an exciting auto exhibit. This is your chance to show off and/or come see, over a hundred custom cars, vintage vehicles, and all your favorite roadsters. Additionally, we are introducing the Swap Meet. This is where you can find anything and everything for your ride, and sell anything auto-related goods as well. We look forward to seeing you there!

Vendor migration and setup will begin on Friday evening (July 23rd). Event will open for staging beginning at 6am on July 24. At 9am, we’ll open the showgrounds.

The registration fee is $10/vehicle.
Entrants will receive two (2) personal passes for each vehicle registered
This show is for all Custom vehicles
Registrations must be postmarked by the deadline.
Your confirmation of emailed immediately for online registration or within one week after the deadline if application is done in person or by mail.
Dash Plaques will be presented to all entered vehicles

Art In The Square

September 18 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

DISPLAY:

All spaces are approx. 10 ft. x 10 ft in size.

Exhibitor/vendor will be responsible for creating an attractive booth, making sure to observe posted set-backs from sidewalks, and seeing that displays fit into the designated space without infringing on neighboring space

Exhibitor responsible for setting up booth, including tables and display materials.

All exhibitors are encouraged to be in attendance to manage their displays. The opportunity to meet the artist and discuss work in an informal setting attracts many visitors and increases sales. Exhibitors unable to attend should select a qualified person to supervise their booth.

All sales will be conducted between the exhibitor/vendor and purchaser, and sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor.

The show committee and its sponsoring organization will not be liable for loss or damage of art work or display materials.

Remember, this is an OUTDOOR SHOW – All exhibitors/vendors must provide protection from the weather if necessary.

ACCEPTANCE:

When your entry form is received a confirmation notice will be forwarded by email. Additionally, you must keep the following rules in mind:

Exhibitors/vendors must have their booth open for the duration of the show. Barriers WILL NOT BE MOVED UNTIL THE END OF THE SHOW!

Exhibitors/vendors may park along Lake Avenue and the drive to the Courthouse for unloading ONLY—it is mandatory that your vehicle be moved elsewhere as soon as possible. The north, south and east sides of courtyard are open for parking. ABSOLUTELY NO DRIVING ON THE COURTHOUSE LAWN!

Exhibitors/vendors MUST observe posted SETBACKS from sidewalk.

Booth area MUST be kept clean and each exhibitor is responsible their own garbage. PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN YOUR SITE IS CLEAN BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
